Tonality '22

My year as a Tap Into the Network apprentice was so rewarding, and what better way to end it than with a week-long national intensive and show. Working closely with Angela Carter and Ryan Lohoff, demonstrating in classes of various levels, and learning from many current tap dancers in the industry was such a great experience that has inspired me to want to do the same professionally. The show itself was a great way to bring all the apprentices together, as we created some parts of the choreography ourselves and helped each other rehearse each night leading up to the show. The energy backstage was palpable, and by the time we got onstage it exploded into the audience for a wonderful, energetic, exciting show. I'm forever grateful to Ryan and Ang for choosing me to be an apprentice. We did a show!
